just wondering if some of you guys could help me throw a program together. i was looking for something like this...look to keep everything to one exercise per muscle group.
2 weeks endurance: 4 sets of 20/18/18/15
3 weeks middle: 4 sets of 10
3 weeks power: 4 sets 6/5/5/4
now this is where im stuck i was thinking of something maybe 2 weeks power: 3/2/2/1 for my big lifts and then switch back to 2 weeks middle.
anybody have some input? maybe more sets for my power? certain lifts? looking for any advice...thanks.
