12% to 9% in 6wks?

I have a goal to get into the single digits from 12%. I have great stuff on hand for a fat burner lbm cycle. Is this possible with proper diet and training?
 
considering 9% is pretty low...cut out all sat fat. Up your mono/poly fats. High HIGH HIGHER protein...lean carbs only (complex). Very few as well. Cardio is huge as well, you have to be double timing it (lift+cardio) and up your reps and set s and get burning...let me know...your avatar looks fine anyways...good luck with your goals. I would stay awake as much as possible and wake up like at 5am to get your metabloism runngin all day.
 
ripped, i agree with a lot in your post, but not "stay awake as much as possible and wake up at like 5am to get your metabolism running all day" LOL, thats just comical. Anyway liquid, yes it can be done. Keep your diet very strict, and what are you planning on using?
 
definately can be done. probably gonna have to utilize carb cycling and other dietary tricks to keep the metabolic rate as high as possible. keep record of your body temperature everyday, make sure there are no big shifts in your waking temperature or else it will be difficult.
