12-01 Chest/Tris
Now, i went pretty easy today because i took last week off. I figured i would see where i am so i get serious next week and hit the heavy weights. I pretty much know where i am now... good stuff.
CHEST
Flat Bench:

Incline Dumbells:

Incline Fly:

TRICEPS

Cable onearm pushdown: 40x12x12x12x12
