before i pigged on for 3days ,about 3,500calories over for 3days i would say i was 156 today i checked i am 172 how is that possible ,how can 10lbs or so be water weight...... and could i off gained fat that fast?
You're probably retaining quite a bit of water from storing glycogen and excess sodium. After Thanksgiving I was retaining so much water from sodium that you could see the "sheet imprints" on my body in the morning.
thats alot of water for me to be holding,but i guess once i get back on my diet i will loose the 10lbs water and maybe just have gained 2lbs fat or something
It probably is a lot of water. But it could also depend on when you weighed yourself. People who diet and workout can see fairly dramatic changes in their weight throughout a single day. It can vary up to four lbs in either direction. Meaning, If my base weight was 160, I the scale could read as low as 155-156 in the morning and be as high as 164-165 after dinner.
