10lbs of lean mass

i'd like to gain 10lbs in about 6 to 8 weeks - no water - no fat.

i though about 2 cycles and i'd like to hear your voice.
btw, i'm 5.8" 183lbs 9%bf

first one:
week 1-8 test prop @ 100EOD
week 1-8 3-tren @ 150EOD
week 1-8 winny @ 50EOD
week 1-8 masteron @ 100EOD

second one:
week 1-6 test prop @ 100ED
week 1-6 3-tren @ 150EOD
week 1-6 winny @ 50ED
week 1-6 masteron @ 100EOD
 
not a big masteron fan myself, but i like the rest of it, only difference in your two cycles is the length, i'd go for 8 weeks, i like it bro!

on the short cycle i'm talking about ED injections of prop and winny in contrast to the long cycle which r EOD
 
If you dont have a stringent diet you can forget it bro. Lean proteins, no-trans fats, low carbs. if you have to have carbs eatem in the morning. Your cycles I hope are spread out TIME ON EQUALS TIME OFF! I would try some ISO pure protein to supplement my protein intake maybe 3 times daily. You should take 1gram of protein per pound of body mass that you have. So if your 180 pounds, then you should take in 180 grams of protein daily. I would also recommend flax oil to help this. take a before and after pic and LOG your daily diets and workouts on paper. Did I miss you PCT stuff, dont forget that, guys in this site will recommend liquidnolva, clomid and maybe liquidclen from AG. Good luch bro

damn im a moron...lol, thanks for pointing that out, ED is a lot on the prop, i guess it depends on how you react to the test, do you think EOD is enough test for you, and or do you think that 100mg ED will give you too bad estrogen related sides? take that into consideration, i think the first looks the best with the combo of AS you have chosen
 
i also think i'll go for the first one.

regarding my diet - i didn't mention anything cause i'm nutrition consultant and believe me that i now how should i eat and how much protein, carbs and fat i should consume' that's why i asked only about the cycle i'm planning.
 
IF you have your diet in check and your protein in check, you'll look like a greek statue on the cycle bro, i got my cycling and usage of juice down pat, just wish i was a little better on my diet!!!

I like longer cycles - but out of the two choices, quality-wise, - I'm going with #2

Using the harmfull stuff like tren and winny for ten pounds? At your weight?

Everyone here is way too comfortable with drug abuse as opposed to the 'responsible use' they think they are conducting.

Var only can give you ten pounds. Any other voices of reason?

I would agree with ScienceGeek - a Var only cycle for 8 weeks should get your 10 pounds without all of the potential sides of the other cycles and will probably be a hell of a lot cheaper.
 
# 2 looks like the best one.
