10k dbol=10k doses?? WTF?!?!? QV250=10 doses?!?!? Help here!!

With all this SARS shit going down I was bright enough to order from China and guess what, controlled delivery. I accepted a box that contained, I guess, I never opened it, 12k dbol which is equal to 12,000 doses, add that to the 260 doses of testosterone they came up with after raiding my place to find 26 QV 250s.


I thought that one dose was 100 tabs or one 10ml bottle, not each freakin ml or tab.

Anyway, once I knew I was busted, I invoked my miranda rights and that was pretty much the end of it except to listen to the "oh man this is huge" bullshit routine the cops were putting on while trashing my place and conficsateing property worth approx the $88,000 I owed in back taxes off the dbol and QV.

I'm officially charged with two counts of PW/I/S/D of Sch III, maintaining a dwelliing, and paraphenalia.

Can they count every single dbol as a dosage unit like its damn acid or something? It says right here 12,336 dosage units of dbol?

NYCDefender, RC, say it aint so. I'm going to see my attorney tomorrow morning, after being in jail for 3 days!

yo, did they not get you for anything else in your house? and yeh dude, just because thats what the dumbass cops wrote on the report, when it gets to the DA, it should be changed to what it actually is. The cops are NOT very bright. Best thing to do is keep your mouth closed and get a good lawyer. Me and you both know that one guy close to home that was in your exact same situation, but they got him with three controlled deliveries in one day, all he got was probation......

Each state has its own way of quantifying juice. They do not all use the Federal Guidelines. The answer is going to depend on whether you are charged in state or Federal court. If it's Federal court then they made a mistake, which isn't unusual. We've had clients that were being held without bail until Rick got involved and explained the Federal Guidelines to the agents....they were promptly released.

I've even seen methandrostenolone charged as possession of methamphetamine.

NEVER ORDER FROM CHINA !!! I had 70 sustys, 500 10mg dbol, and some abombs seized.. they did a controlled delivery on me and now im have to goto trial by jury b/c the damn prosecuting atourney wouldnt drop it to a misdameanor... and its my first offense for anything !! CHINA=BAD !!
