i try to run a 8 week primo cycle in the next time , do you guys think 100mg a week is enough?
I don`t want any big gains , just some hardening of the muscles as well as some vascularity , maybe 4 pounds or so of muscle, that would be enough.
right now i weigh 84kg , that would be about 185lbs i believe , at 180 cm , which would be around be 6`0 ft. BF i don`t know , but probably around 13%-16% or so
i train HIT by the way , split up into 3 days , sometimes i leave legs out since i have basketball-practice twice a week and sometimes games on weekends, and only do 2 days.
I would try to hit the weights more often while on juice.
