oh and i finally was able to do a FULL PUSH UP TODAY!! i mean all the way down, slow and steady on my toes! it was very exciting....and exhilarating. i couldn't do them a few months ago, not evan the ones on my knees, and know...well whooo hoooo!

i said this this the other day....in my head when i saw this woman trip and fall as she was getting out of the department store, a big lady mind you. then it hit me what just ran through my mind and i started to chuckle. she looked at me and i thought she was going to scratch my eyes out...as soon as she got up that is........THANKS ALOT FOR THAT PHRASE SMURF!
