Ebony, how is the gym schedule been so far? Have you been killing that shit... -dirty d line there for ya- I need to step it up.

Every time I fall down, I always get up like its a football drill, and I had planned that shit.
You would think, with a lower center of gravity my shit wouldn't fall down much.
Ice pwns me every time. Not genetically built for it. DNA template was made for rainforests and vines and shit.
The conditioned response in my dome when somebody falls used to be take a seat, that was undergrad years. Yeah, just lost some style points there.


lolololol...you should come and workout with me!:qt: we can help each other out. the gym has been going great, and like you "i fall off the wagon" but get right back on. i try to make it to the gym as much as i can and when i do i usually keep my workouts as intense i can. its paying off really well as my body is progressing rather nicely. bodyfat is def a teeny bit lower and i have a bit more mass...looking toned (a soft toned, my goal is to be a bit more shredded.)

today is cardio. i just got back from a jog and a quick shower later=feeling fab.:qt:
 
Awesome on the push ups girl! I can do 'em now too. A full, real one but I have to do the rest of them on the stairs til failure then the next time increase them.

Lots of great youtube vids on chicks doing pushups.

Anyway, I am SO glad you are here!
