100% Cutting Routine Please.

Ok, here is what Im looking for, maybe sombody can help me out with their own previous success in getting ripped.

1: I want to reduce my body fat percentage without losing any muscle.
2: I need a strict easy to follow diet.
3: I need a complete workout routine. Organized by days 3-4 days a week.
4: I want results fast. (lol.. )

But serioulsy. I am at the point where I am going to make myself do this.
I HAVE TOO! i've procrastinated way too long about this, it's time to make a change. The Time is Now!

I currently don't have a routine or planned diet. Im starting with a clean slate.
Here are my body stats.

5'9" 200Lbs (give or take)
about 14% body fat now & going up.
If you need further info please don't hesitate to ask.
This is very important to me.

P.S.
I am going to start a cycle of Winny along with it. (Inj)

Thanks in advanced.

Its good that you're serious about changing your life. But DO NOT start a cycle. Everything you want can be attained naturally AND easily WITHOUT steroids. And no amount of steroids will help you if you don't have the dedication, determination, and knowledge beforehand.

Head on over to the diet forum and ask some questions.. those bros are all the help you'll need. Your goals will be accomplished through your diet and training!

Peace

No cycle yet bro. Too early, and until you could figure all of this stuff without asking us, you're not smart enough to start AAS. Seriously bro. I'm not knocking you, but AAS is serious business. I've been reading up on them forever, and I still don't feel comfortable with the idea yet. Get the stuff that you mentioned down first. Hit the weights for a while, and then decide on the Winny.

Well I ran a cycle of Deca about four years ago and got really built. I had a 32" waist and weighed 205Lbs of lean muscle..
I dropped the gym and just started being lazy.. Thats when I really started to gain some weight. I dropped in wieght, but gained in fat... I now have a 36" waist and weigh 200Lbs... Hardly no muscle tone to be shown.. It's covered by a layer of fat... I've done alot of research on AAS... I know the ins and outs... Im no expert, but Im very sharp on the subject.
But I will take the advice on not starting on any Winny right now.
I just need an extra edge. I know Winny is a cutter.
But I'll do the natural for now and see what happens.

Good choice. I'm glad that you do know more than the average joe about aas though. I think people just assumed that you wer a young kid. How old are you? You definately had a solid sound build. My best advice to tell you is that no routine is going to "cut you up". I'm sure you know this already though, but dieting and cardio is the key. I'll give the advice of starting a diet log on an excel logbook. Keep up with the amount of carbs, protien, fat, and calories you ingest each day. This will help you keep you diet in check. Pintoca has a couple of spreadsheets in the diet forum for free use. He knows his shit deeply bro. The other advice I will give is to lift moderately hard and do cardio in the mornings before you eat. Wake up, drink some water, and get out there and do something: whether it be cut some grass, run, or do sprints. I know you have a lack of motivation, so cut a picture out of someone with the type of body you want and put it on your door. Hell, order some posters of arnold or something. OR, get one of those ristbands and write on it FATASS. lol that will help you anytime you get close to stuffing your face with some bad food. hahah Keep it up man. I have faith in you .

Im 24.. I actually have a very active job @ a junkyard pulling parts out in the heat all day, it's just not enough I guess... I think it's mainly my previous diet. That all changed today.. I started eating right today.
Im going to do this. I don't want to get any bigger, I just want to cut up.
I want a six pack again, I want to go to the beach and not feel so stupid with my shirt off, I want to have more energy, I want high self esteem again.
I want to feel good & not lazy.

I am in my transition of becoming a ripped shreaded monster.

I highly apreciate everyones help.

Not to flame you at all bro b/c you're taking good advice and being very sincere about wanting to get back in shape but.......... IF you had done a minimal amount of research you would have learned that one does not use AS to start working out or gain an "edge"....steroids are used when you've been consistenly traing/dieting/resting properly for many years....theres bros on here who are already in great shape and have been training for a decade and are still natural and learning. You say you are really determined to get the physique you want then you have to accept the fact that there are no shortcuts. If you manage to get into a good routine and get a body you're happy with I would then suggest you wait another two years before touching juice. Thats my advice on what you should do.. take it for what you will. In terms of your workouts... I hope you dont believe the myth that to get cut you have to use light weight/many reps/etc etc ..... cuz its bullshit- right now diet is key for you.

This is what you should REALLY pay attention to.

Another thing you should consider is that you already have the best edge you could possibly have- coming back from a layoff. You should make RAPID progress in both fat loss and muscle gain. Hell, when I started back up in college I went from ~170 to 225 in a matter of months just by eating like crazy and lifting again (it was a 2 year layoff). I grew faster than on either of the two cycles I've done since then. Motivation should be no problem once you get a couple of weeks of training in and start to look like your old self again.

And like the others said, don't buy the myths that certain set/rep schemes are better for cutting. It's your diet that mattters. Create a mild caloric deficit and train hard 'n heavy
