10 or 20iu?

Hi, I found a new source for gh but not sure of the potency. i attached a pic of the box. inside are 10 clear bottles with blue tops. As far as I know these are 10iu each, but they are telling me that these are from a new company and are 20iu each. I've seen the blue tops in white boxes, but not the sticker sealing the box. Any help would be appreciated!
