I must be getting into really good shape, practice is no where near as hard as the first few days. Had a good feeling going into tonight.
Good Mornings
45x5, 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3 ( PR , old 275x1 ), 315x3 ( PR, old PR was 315x1 )
GHRs Bodyweight/Assisted
3x6 ( did 1/2 the rep by myself for all 18 )
Reverse Hypers
3x8 bodyweight
Decline Situps - Full ROM
3x8 w/ 25 lb plate ( 35 next time )
I lowered the bar into the groove that you guys speak of all the time, I think because of that my GM went up by so much. It took a lot of stress off my back, no rounding at all, after the 315 set, i had to sit down, my hams were fried.
Due to time constraints again, i dont have vids, and probably wont till the end of fall ball.
