10/31 shirted workout

raw warmups up to 275x2

shirt on

315x3, 335x1, 350x1, 315x3

lockouts

315x3, 365x3, 405x3, 455x3

CG bench

185x10, 225x4

no boards since school was closed
 
the shirt is newly altered (again). feels much more fitting

the endurance just wasnt there. i got worn out quick. i couldnt get a very good liftoff b/c my spotter wasnt the most knowledgable about lifting so i stopped at 350 (paused). first time pressing that kind of weight in a couple months so i'll see what i can work my way up to. will probably do 5x3 for shirted bench for the next few weeks at least
 
karins DD. i got about 100 pounds out of it in august when it was really loose
 
i will have to bench at least 330 raw before april if i want to hit 500 shirted.

5x5 or 5x3 for raw bench?
