4 inch close grip rack lockouts - 235 x 4 x 8.
V-bar pulldowns - 110 x 3 x 15/12/12
med grip bb rows - 125 x 3 x 15/12/12
front bb raises - 45 x 3 x 10/8/8
press downs - 70 x 1 x 10
db powercleans - 20's x 1 x 15.
now time to sleep.
