Floor press - 305 x 1. 5lb PR!!!

Seated OHP 3 inch lockouts (no back support) 345 x 3 with a 10 second hold at the end of the last one!!! 30lb PR, plus 2 more reps!!!!

Close Grip 5 board press - 195 x 4 x 12. 185 x 2 x 12. 135 x 2 x 12. ( i was dead.........lol)

i was very happy about the ohp pr, and good about the board presses, even though i was too cocky and started off too high, its ok, i know im killing my triceps, and thats my weakpoint.

Looks like a very solid workout.

Exodus is official Mr.Triceps of the Training Board.

well i dont know about that, i belive my shoulders took as much of a beating as the triceps did. for some reason, my triceps are great at ohp, but suck on bench, oh well, there gettting stronger.

Bfold, brute was right, i did these about 3 inch rom, index on ring. the week before i did 6 inch rom with thumbs touching smooth at 225 for 3, however i was having an off day due to being sick.

thanks brute, im sure you put up some scary numbers on lockouts now....lol

Mr. Tricept

alright fine, i accept the title of Mr. Triceps..........

however, just remember, size isnt everything, i want them strong now........... and my shoulders are doing more work than they are at the moment.

great job on the PRs bro, I also have to try these seated lockouts that everyone is talking about, my shoulders could use some work.

i really dig them. depends on your weakness. if your trying to bomb triceps do them with a close grip. if your working on shoulders use a wider grip.

i use wider for triceps though, my shoulders take over if they have to move at all, so by going wider, my shoulders are already locked in with no movement, and its just tricep power for lockouts.
