It is the THP ether of 1-test. Tetrahydropyranyl (THP) groups are often used to "protect" hydroxyl groups when chemically manipulating other parts of the molecule. It will spontaniously come off or cleave in water. Especially with acid catalysis. Given that physiological pH is 7.4, there is no acid catalysis here if injected IM and I expect the ether would be too stable to release 1-test. I would bet that it is meant to be taken orally so the stomach acid will take off the THP, releasing the active hormone, 1-test. I have no idea why this would be more efficient than simply taking 1-test orally in the first place. Sounds like a gimmick to sell 1-test.
