I'm a week into a 4 week cycle, we'll see how it goes. I blew up like crazy after a few 1-ad cycyles a year ago, went from 185 to over 205 pounds at 5'10". i seriously doubt that was placebo effect as my diet was for shit and I didn't do very much lifting, just hard and heavy when I did and I was having a few brewskies every night too. It was wild, the weight just kept coming on, but, that did finally peak and I wasn't able to get back up there again. I am just under 200lbs now at the start of my 1-test so I'll let yous guys know how well it works for me. I think riskybizz remembers when I was yelling how great 1-ad was when it first came out and i wasn't shittin. We do need something better though, i'm still not satisfied.
