You think it's maybe the diet? Too much sodium? Or is it the actual product? Maybe this stuff causes slight water retention.

no, actually the diet is better with lower "diet soda" consumption now, it had to have been the product, i mean it was like the skin was being sucked down into my arm around the muscle, that's a better way to describe it..

showed very nice.. i want to complete the pct here quickly then i'm probably going to run it the rest of this summer.. july/august..

hahahah ...

I'll tell ya one thing, my wife can tell if i don't take the alpha male one day.. running late, forget.. i am one pissed off driver, lifter and not a nice person over all..

took it the next day again and smooth sailing..

So thus far i am enjoying the heck out of this PCT.. and lifting is going very strong..

in the last 6 weeks, i have added 2" to my quads... that's the type of results i have had.. and that's 2 weeks into pct.. we'll see how things end up..

and yes, i have the other measurements, but then i'd miss out on updating this log now wouldn't i??
 
Well, I missed a day of use and i wasn't all pissed off, so i'd say I am recovering nicely

Training is going great, recovery a little slower
fat loss is going well
end results

2" growth on my quads
1/2" growth on my bicep
the effects of the tren do subside, as in the extra great striations and deep cuts into the muscle, but deplete that water as much as you can

weight is finally dropping, 2" off the waist thus far, a slight rebound there, added 1" back but only for about 1 week.
morning wood has returned
sex drive returning and even better than before..

and best of all.... vision is great..
