1-T is here… 15lbs of muscle in 6 weeks… legally

Few questions if you dont mind.

How much do you weight? How many cals do you intake a day and what type of food are you consuming?

240 lbs. I eat around 5000 calories a day. I only eat wheat bread, red potatoes and chicken breast except post workout, which is dextrose. My diet is not the problem.

I am confident that 1-t will work because PP is a solid company. However, I do not think 15 lbs of muscle is possible in 6 weeks.
 
I think your at a weight where its getting really hard to gain weight. I believe to build it takes at least around 22+calories per lb. So at 240 you would have to intake at least 5300+. I am not doubting your diet at all I was just surprised you havent gained anything in 2 weeks.

Yeah, I'm equally surprised. I may increase my intake to 6000 and see if anything changes.
 
you can gain lbm at 230-240lbs eating under 3000 calories (not on AS). I'm not taking about mass (fat,water, some muscle), but lean muscle. Anyone can gain weight at 5-6000 calories.
 
Maybe as you get older. At 208 if I dropped down to under 3000 calories even if it was very clean with alot of protein I would drop below 200. I know this because I have tried it before, but I am still young and my metabolism is still pretty quick.

it's been 2 weeks and I haven't gained anything so far on 1-t.

I highly doubt 15 lbs of muscle is realistic for anybody in 6 weeks.

I think 6 lbs of muscle is much a more reasonable assessment.

You cant reasonably judge any steroid after only 2 weeks of use… it takes time for steroids to produce physiological changes…. Give it a couple more weeks.

1-T is now available in Liqua-Vade form. So any of you guys who were worried about potentially rubbing this off on a female friend or your kids, no longer have to worry about effecting the hormone levels of others.
