Few questions if you dont mind.
How much do you weight? How many cals do you intake a day and what type of food are you consuming?
240 lbs. I eat around 5000 calories a day. I only eat wheat bread, red potatoes and chicken breast except post workout, which is dextrose. My diet is not the problem.
I am confident that 1-t will work because PP is a solid company. However, I do not think 15 lbs of muscle is possible in 6 weeks.
