1 pound of fat

anyone have any idea what one pound of human fat would look like?

say if you could pour it in a glass, how much would that be volume wise? a cup? a gallon?

just wondering because I think it could help me visualize how much fat i lost if i were to lose a pound of fat....more of a mental exercise than anything...

all i know is muscle is 5 times denser than fat. and 1 pound of fat is like half the size of a football

one pound of fat is the equivelant of 3,500 calories

1 pound fat = 0.45 kg ( I'm metric.. hope you can follow)
Fat is less dense than water (floats)
1kg water = 1 litre water
so 1 pound of fat has to be more than 0.45 Litres
Lets say 0.5 litres approx
Which is about 2 cups !
