1 possible answer to acne question

there are alot of posts about how bad the acne is....my first question would be, "how is your diet", would it not make sense that if you constantly eat fast food, which is full of grease and fat, that your skin is going to be oily...and that is why you get acne so bad...i dont eat any fast food or any type of grease soaked foods and i have never had a problem....not even with the clomid....i might not gain 50 pounds a cycle but the 25 or so pounds i do gain i can keep and i dont have nasty scars all over my body...i think that trade off is worth every bit of time it takes to develop a good clean diet...

i wish u're right, i can't remember when was the last time i ate fast food (my diet is not perfect-but sturated fats aint the problem,carbs r) and i stil get acne on cycles
