1 inch 22gauge in bicep?! Am i the only one?!!

hay, i was talking to a couple of guys and asked why my bicep injectsion hurt so fuckin much!!, They said I am crazy for using 22 gauge 1 inch" in biceps...

I hope there are others out there who do this to?!!

i feel 5/8" with 29 gauge are just way to small and harder to aspirate and get fluid in, plus i like to get deep into the muscle in which why I use 1 inch..should i still switch?

that is what i use, most of the things i inject into my bicep wont even come close to going through a 29g needle. i mean who the hell can push prop through an insulin needle.

Yeah you're crazy. The largest I'd use is a 25g 1/2" needle. No wonder you're in so much pain...

yeah, i hear you on that one! I want the shit to flow nice and easy into the bicep and deep under it so i dont have to worry about juice being depostited between my muscle and fat!

yup...ditto...22g...you're crazy bro...i use a 23g for my glutes as well...no need for a 22g IMO.

I did a 22g 1 1/2 before, if you can believe it, i put a strip of duct tape near the base to help measure length. That was before therealj told me about cutting the plastic needle guard to length LOL!! Yeah, 22 is too big for bis, id say 25 should be fine.

my gawd! what a canon you're sticking with!!! 25 ga with the plastic needle gaurd cut to expose 11/16 inch works fine for my bis, tris, and pec injects.

no wonder it hurts!!!!!

I just used a 23G 1" yesterday. Didn't hurt going in or anything. To much adrenaline flowing in my body lol. The only thing I have today is a very small black&blue and my bicep is huge!!!

I did a 23G 1-1/2 with a cut needle guard and inj 2CC's of EQ it hurt a lil but nothing to cry about. thje Sust in my ass hurts 10x's more

if you wanna increase the peak...inject the outer head of the bi (furthest from body), hit the inside head for thickness

I used a 22gauge 1" in my peak... Went in flawless (hurt alot less than the 20gauge 1" I used in my delts once-lol) It didnt hurt till the next day, when I couldnt move my arms... guess 1.5ml sus will do that.

Why use a thick needle?

And aspirating with a 29 g is no big deal. Even a 30 g. Trust me when you hit a vein, blood comes in the syringe.

I use a 'green' 21G 1.5 also with no problems. Obviously you don't stick it all the way in. I don't find any significant difference between 25g and 21g pain wise anyway other than it's easier to draw and inject.

F*CK!!!!!!! I think I have an infection in my left bicep!!! Just my luck. First time I try something i mess it up somehow!!! What do you people tell your doctor when you get an infection? I've never had to go for this...help me out PLEASE!!!!!
