1 in 5 US moms have kids with multiple dads

I'd be one of those!

The study really needs to differentiate multiple births through multiple family units that split and recombine versus births that occur where no family unit ever existed. The latter situation can work, but it's a much more difficult situation to handle.

true.

Plunkey, how did your older kids feel when you married your 2nd wife and had the new baby?

I'd cast it into two phases. Once they realized she wasn't going anywhere soon (serious girlfriend), my two youngest (8 and 13 at the time) really liked her. Just picture this: Here's dad's new GF (who just turned 22) and the 13 year old daughter. You'd think they would fight, but they didn't at all -- they couldn't have possibly done better. My 16 year old (at the time) didn't like or dislike her, but he was into his friends, soccer, going off to college, etc. etc.

Once we told them about the baby, they were all on-board. The 20 year old plays with the baby (who is 2 now) when he's home from school. The 17 year old daughter plays with him constantly as well. The funniest thing is my 12 year old son. The baby just adores him, but he's in this too-cool phase where he doesn't quite know what to do with him. It's funny too, because the baby just hangs on his every word and action.

So long story short, the kids have combined awfully well. The smartest thing I saw was the new GF not trying to be a full-blown mother but instead I'd consider her a friend with authority to the kids.

Sounds like you guys did a lot of things right. Glad its working out so well

pedo alert!!!

yes, I'm fucking jealous!

She turns 26 this month tho. Gotta send her in for an overhaul!

Ok, I get it.

You're rich, educated, good-looking (no homo though), and regularly bang a hawt young babe.

Tell me some flaw about yourself, or I'm going to find a bridge (after I finish my waffles, berries, and green tea).

My shlong bangs between my knees if I run without an adequate tape-down.

Does that help?
