1' for biceps ?

I did 1" last time around, but next time I am going with 5/8".

personally i would never put 1 inch in my bi's and they're decent size just too gruesome for me i did 1 inch in the tris and that wasnt too too bad but i prefer 5/8ths in both by far

I'd go with the 5/8 pins jsut fr comfort reasons. if all u ave is something bigger than use that but the smaller the dart, generally the less uncomfortable the injection.
