1" bicep gain the Reeves way

I've always admired the old time bb's like Steve Reeves. He worked full body three times a week doing all the basics at 3 sets and 8-12 reps. Supposedly no aas and I'd believe it by looking at his teen pics before WW2.

He was stuck with a cold 17 1/4 arm and did the following to gain one full bicep inch.

Seated DB Incline curls at about 35 degrees.

He had a bar across the back of this wooden bench that stopped his elbows so the upper arm to floor was 90 deg.

He started with his heaviest weight (70 lbs ... I'm guessing a warm up or after doi9ng back) and went down the rack 5 lbs for 6 sets.

6 sets at 5-7 reps with 60 hours rest between workouts, 3 a week along with all the other exercises.

He claims that in 90 days he gained one solid cold inch to 18 1/4" and stayed there for his wins. Kept neck and calves at same measure.
