The jury is still out on this one. If it turns out to be the real deal, then maybe hell might freeze over after all. Realistically, its probably a somewhat descent product but I seriously doubt it is what ergo-pharm is marketing it to be. Besides, for the same price you can get 20 ml of Boldenon or 15-20ml of sust which WILL give you results. You'll have better luck in the future post supplement questions on the mass quan. board

1-AD sucks. Just like any and all other supplements ever tried. The whole supplement, prohormone industry is a bunch of monkey crap. Have you ever seen results from any supplement besides creatine? And all creatine does is bloats you up 10 lbs and then 3 weeks later you end up with 7lbs of fat. SUPPLEMENTS SUCK!!!! You want results? I got 3 words.......TEST,TEST,TEST!!!

I used the 1-AD and felt it was pretty decent. The real problem is that it is so damned expensive that using it long enough to get nice results will break you. The Ergopharm Androdiol body spray gives some nice moderate results and costs a lot less to use. Try the supplement board for info on this stuff.

1-AD works, but it's expensive. Gear is going to be cheaper.

If you do take it, you get the best results at 600-900mg a day (which is $$)

If I was inclined to take prohormones I would get a bottle of cyclodiol powder and
mix it in a nasal sprayer. That would cost well under a hundred dollars and would
probably be the only thing that would make much of a difference.
