I have quite a few bumps on my stomach,chest and sides. They look like bug bites but they don't itch. could this be a side effect from 1-ad? (these aren't zits)


also would vitex be useful for post cycle on 1-ad?

Yes from what I read and from my friends experience acne is a side effect of 1-ad.

I don't think the bumps are acne. They don't have any heads. it all started coming out about 2 days ago. I started using 1ad last week.

yea i experienced the same thing with andro's. they cleared up after coming off them but are coming out again since i just started 1-test. they're annoying arn't they? i get them on my neck and back. one thing that worked for me in getting them almost completely gone was a soap called Plexion Wash. its a sulfer sulfacate antibacterial. prescription only. it works. i wash once a night in the shower with it and immediately after a workout, leave it on there for about a minute or two. it should help.

i heard someone mention that tea tree oil will help. im experiencing some horrible acne on my shoulders and back and some on my upper arms

Seriously Bro's,

I had acne on my back and shoulders so bad at one point, that when people gave me a pat on the back it would hurt. actually hurt. they were all over, the ones on my neck though wern't acne, they were called (by my dermatologist) adult cysts. But seriously, after about 1 week or not even of using the Plexion Wash they were all gone.

Plexion, if you having trouble with acne, go get it. Its not expensive and it lasts a long time. 3 tubes would prally last almost a year at once a night in the shower. No sides from it like accutane or other meds. Is just an awsome Soap.

no it is not acne. I had the same problem. I emailed pa and he said it could be a combination of 1-ad sweating and the heat from the sun. It actually went away i just kept staying on it. I took 1ad last winter,and had no such reaction...its the heat man. good luck. Mywhole body broke out in this rash, but it will go away.

Hot weather + 1-AD (or 1-test) + sensitivity to heat = a rash


The same phenomenon happened last summer.
