1-ad left over...worth taking?

i got an old bottle of 1-ad there are just 21 pills that are 100mg is there any point in taking these or no?
if yes what should i do just take like 1 pill a day for 21 days?
i highly doubt this will give me any results, but i was thinking it couldn't hurt

1-ad? isnt that a prohormone?....bc i remember taking prohormones like 6 years ago and i got all the bad sides of steroids but none of the good ones (no gains whatsoever)

its pointless. the effects from it will be worse on your liver (minimal) than gains in the gym (none)

Dude not worth doing it!!! I believe that 1ad converts by your liver to 1 testosterone so when you say 100mg actually means your probably absorbing 5mg that would not do anything. I used 1AD from Ergopharm Part Arnold in my opinion is solid bro and awesome pharmacist. But I had to take from 6 to 8 caps a day for 4 weeks to see results and the results were awesome!!! but one bottle at 1 cap a day wont do shit!!

take like 3-4 pills a day and maybe it ll work i used it nad it felt great but that may have been mental bc many people complain about it
