I live in Cali and got my the other day no problems----My was jewerly cleaner----Unless customs tested your product then something isn't right. What other products did you order from them that customs let through. I think this is there only product. So which other products are you talking about? unless we are talking about a diff place.

I received mine in 9 business days from there email---They e-mailed me through the whole process---If were talking about the same place.
