decided yesterday i'm gonna stop lifting weights for a long time. just going to be running 3-5 days a week to stay in shape. i'm looking forward to wasting away! can't wait for my clothes to fit me again :)
 
well i'm going for a 4 miles run.

i want to keep this as my log. to see how many miles run per week.
 
why ruin all your time, effort and money on cycles to do such a thing. I think it would be better to train a couple of days a week at minimum. Possibly upper body and lower body workouts twice a week. Going cold turkey from the weights for that long is not a good idea, unless it is doctor recommended. I know mentally I would be depressed, but good luck...
 
I've taken off longer than that and have done much better when I have gone back. Gains came back extremely quick and I feel like my workouts are better.

I don't know if I would become a runner and become one of those etheopian look-a-likes.


It's good to take some time off anyways. a month seems cool.
