Bench Press: 120x10x3 (much easier this week than last)
Speed OHP: 85x4x1 (didn't do these last week)
Lying dumbbell tricep ext.:20'sx4x8 (easier)
Dumbbell side raises: 15'sx3x10
Bent over dumbbell side raises: 15'sx3x10

I like the explosive, speed work, but I had to force myself not to add more weight to the bar.

Looking forward to ME Lower tonight. I will get the wife to video my GM's and Zercher's again to see if my form has improved.
