Well done excellent progress. Can you please outline your diet and training/cardio you used and how long it took for your transformation. :mix:
 
Just basically keep your carb intake as low as possible, cardio on empty stomach, ECA stack 30mins before cardio......if you have any more questions feel free to pm me. =)
 
Thanx guys, I try hard... And thanx to Mr.X and others that reply with helpfull info...without you it would be alot harder

I meant to say take my carbs a little bit lower today, I'm tired, just started work!!:o
