0.5mg Arimidex EOD enough?

I have a friend who plans on running 750mgs Sustanon per week, 50mcg T3 per day and 4iu's GH per day.

In regards to Arimidex, is 0.5mg EOD enough to provent gyno and reduce water retention.

Any opinions on 0.5mg ED or 1mg EOD?

Personally, I am an Aromasin user and do not have much personal experience with Arimidex.

Your thoughts, suggestions and personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I'd personally go with 1 mg eod (but I have my antie's dialed in pretty good now )

I've ready many threads that debate daily versus every other day usage. Due to the half life of Arimidex, an EOD dosage schedule does make sense. But some members such as DRJMW would suggest a daily dosage schedule.

Can anyone elaborate on this issue?

Its half life is something like 50 hours so a consistent eod dosing would suffice (though ed may be better...as far as more even concentrations goes)

my doc says .5 eod is good.

750mgs of sustanon will bloat you pretty good as will the gh, so I would go with 1mg eod. But .5 will be enough to keep gyno away.

I'm using .05 eod w/ 500mg /wk.. 3 weeks in, so far just minor bloat, that could be do to diet but I'm blaming it on the sust.

1mg eod is best. Yes, the 1/2 life is 50 hours. I personally like Famara. 2.5mg eod and its not as inhibitive to Hgh absorption. Arimidex kills 18-20% of your Hgh intake. Either increase your Hgh intake by 20% or switch your anti-e to Femara.

I had no idea Arimidex had that kind of effect on HGH.

All anti-e's have that effect on Hgh absorbtion, this is why you see guys having to take 6-9 iu's p/d of Hgh while on a cycle and taking an Anti-e. If you loose 18-20% you can loose up to 2 iu's p/d on average of your Hgh to an anti-e. I used to have a clinical study showing the effects of anti-e's on IGF-1 levels. If I can find it, I will post it. If you can do a stack, were an anti-e is not used, you will fully maximize your Hgh absorbtion. Sometimes that may be hard to do when guys are trying to pack on 20 lbs. I see to many guys using dbal and other heavy androgen based gear were an anti-e is needed and then use 4 iu's p/d of Hgh and not knowing they are loosing 18-20% of the Hgh to the anti-e.

Only femara and aromasin have no impact on GH and IGF-1 levels.

All the other anti-e's and aromatase inhibitors do.

i am currently taking 1.5mgs of arimidex ed, but i am also taking cyp 200mgs a wk/prop 50mgs eod/winny 50mgs eod, past prolactin sides so i am playing it safe

Did you have a bad experience with a smaller and less frequent dosage?

even though i took srimidex before i was only taking .5tab eod and with ed injects of fina my prolactin sides were thru thr roof, so after blood work my doc recommended 1.5mg eod
