Let’s say I want to get more energy and focus. How much mots-c would you recommend I try? I’ve heard that 2mgs a day would be a strong dose. I am NOT a morning person so I need the maximum dosage that is not going to break the bank!
I would like to try Mots-C for one week to try it out. What would be a good trial dosage? Should I go with 1 mg or is 2 mg good? I'm 245 lbs. and my energy is not too good.
I'm looking to get some improvements with MOTS-C. I have really bad problems with energy, especially early in the day. I have a hard time getting up for work and I'm the type of person who needs a bunch of coffee. I would like to transition off of the coffee and use MOTS-C instead. Is this a...
I'm not a morning person at all. A friend of mine recommended that I try MOTS-C. He said it helped him a lot. What would be a good dosage that I can try for it? I was thinking maybe 0.5 mg in the morning. Do you think that's enough or should I increase?
I've been on mots-c for a week. I'm having trouble sleeping on this stuff. I take 0.5 mg at 9:00 a.m. and another 0.5 mg around 7:00 p.m. It's affecting my sleep though. What would be something that I can do to help with my sleep issues? Should I reduce the dosage?

I know everybody wants to use ModC these days but I'm looking to use it specifically for energy. I don't care about any other benefit because I don't really have any other issues. Do you think 1 mg a day would work well at 8:00 a.m. or should I run a different dosage?
I definitely have the morning blues. It's hard for me to get up in the morning. I don't really like my job. I was looking to see if mots-C would be a good option for energy. Any recommendations on a good dosage? Should I start with 1 mg and see how I feel?
I have an issue. I get up in the morning and I'm too scatterbrained. I would like to focus more and get my brain on point. I want to be able to focus enough to have more energy for my work and for the gym. What are your thoughts on 1.5 mg of Mots-c every other day?
I'm the type of person that wakes up and has a tough time getting out of bed. This is why I want to try some peptides. The one I'm looking for is Mots-C. Heard this one is really good for people like me. Do you think 1 mg a day would be beneficial?
I would like to get more energy and more mental clarity throughout the day. I would like to try MOTS-C. My question is, I'm only 140 lb. Do you think that I can get away with running half a milligram a day to save money, or do I need to run more?

looking to get the most out of mots-c. What is the best dosage you recommend for me? I would like to try it. Should I start at 1 mg and see how I do, then maybe bump it up to 2 mg after a couple of weeks, or should I try something else?
Mots-c seems like a good peptide for mental clarity and help with other things. I would like to kind of test it out. Do you think 500 mcg a day would be a good dosage or is that too high for a first-time user? I'm 28 years old and I have trouble with focus.
I'm interested in helping with more brain health and maybe taking something that's not a nootropic but something that can help with brain fog and energy throughout the day.
What are you guys doing when it comes to using mots-c? Should I try 1 mg in the morning?
I just started a peptide mots-c and it's keeping me awake. I'm taking 2 mg around 5:00 or 6:00 in the evening. Am I doing something wrong here? Is there a specific time that you should be taking it? I'm looking to get the benefits from it. I've got brain fog, and energy issues.
So I tend to have energy issues in the mid to late mornings. I get up usually at 4:00 or 5:00 AM. I do a little bit of cardio then I go to work and then I like to do my weight training after work around 4:30. The problem is my energy starts dipping toward the middle of the day.
How much MOTS-C...
