This kid is an honest depiction of some member types at my gym. They come in like theyre ready for an abercrombie "back to school" shoot.

I wear Abercrombie when I go to work out.
I wear my khakis too....but, I also wear my Member's Only jacket.

Then I go over the dumbells and stand around with my "crew".

When I get home, I tear it up on my Bowflex...30 mins a day, 3X a week.
