    Hope everything goes good with your dad. I also had a lot of family health issues...still dealing with them. Takes a lot out of you and priorities absolutely come first.

    I just weighed myself last night. I'm 245, top 4 abs are showing now, a bit of the side abs are visible also, arms are more vascular...HGH is definitely cool stuff. I really like it overall, especially when mixed with tren because it helps you sleep and keeps your mood good.
    Speaking of tren...can't wait to get back on that shit lol.

    I try my best in the gym bro. It's not easy. I do wind up missing days here and there...shit happens...but just gotta keep going with the flow!

    Thanks about the pic. Nah it's an old pic. I was 215 or 218lbs in that pic, I don't remember. This summer I plan on looking like that but LEANER and another 7-12lbs of extra muscle mass added. Since dropping all injectibles besides HGH and 300mg of Test/week, I actually look more defined and have more vascularity. I guess the water and bloat dropped out and now I look pretty damn good. My waist also shrunk down tremendously from cutting the carbs back a bit. I think there are good things to come this summer! :) How you making out bro?     Hey man, thanks for checking in. Life is good man. Can't complain. Have a supportive young hot wife. Work is good...7 days a week usually 10-12 hrs a day...so I am really busy working.
    Honestly I just wish I had more hours in the day. If I did, id dedicate so much more time in the gym throwing iron.
    cycle...I am "off" now. Well, cruising on 10ius HGH and 250mg Test E ew. Come middle may, going to jump into full blown beast mode tren ace 100mg ed, eq 600mg ew, anavar 80mg ed, omnadren 2g a week (first 2 or 3 weeks then 750mg ew). Goihg to stay on that until september except I will take a few week break from tren in between and ill switch EQ for masteron and run that 8 weeks or so so that I really dry out and look competition ready.

    After that I will go get off AAS altogether and use hgh and see how much I can keep. Then we'll see where I go from there.

    I'm waiting for my arimidex to come in so in the meantime I've been taking a tab of letrozole E3D. I also take a cap of cabergoline E2D. Bloat is really controlled and no estrogen or prolactin problems. Libido seems to be great with the caber even though letrozole hurts it.
    Diet is shitty to say the least. Don't get me wrong, I get my food in but it's dirty but I am eating dirty on purpose for the sake of size.
    5:30AM shake consisting of 50 grams whey protein, 1 cup oats, milk, banana.
    9AM whole wheat wrap with 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, grilled chicken breast, 2 slices swiss cheese.
    12PM same wrap as above.
    3PM either same wrap as above OR a 50 gram protein shake OR greek yogurt (about 45 grams of protein)
    6PM dinner which is either tilapia, chicken breast, steak with yam (or brown rice) and veggies
    GYM
    9PM shake with 50 grams whey protein, cup of oats, banana, milk...and sometimes if my girl is up for it she'll cook me some eggs too.
    10PM mix reconstitute my gh and pin it and if I can stay awake I'll drink another shake (casein protein) but usually I just pass out since it takes me a good hour or so just taking care of the regular home stuff and getting the gh ready.
    This has basically been my daily routine. Sometimes I'll eat at a restaurant and if I do, it's not horrible but not clean. Chicken parmigian, big steaks, etc. I try to eat whole wheat pasta anytime its pasta though and any sandwiches are whole wheat bread. Not the greatest for you but when bulking who cares? I know how to eat clean and I will be doing so in a few months when I feel I have enough mass to get shredded. I'm aiming for 250lbs without gaining any bodyfat so I think I can get there. When I do, I'll hold it and then try to cut the BF and maybe even add some muscle while cutting since the compounds I'll be using might be strong enough to help me do that.

    Great. 240lbs with same bodyfat as a few weeks ago so I went up in size. I look much larger overall. Everyone is noticing. Also have veins going from all over my shoulders connecting to my bis and chest. Veins up my legs through my stomach, up where my ribs are lol. Strength and focus in the gym are way up too. If I didn't have a wife at home who always wants me by her side, I'd be in the gym for hours!
    No side affects so far bro! Hair is same condition as it was. I've been using 2% nizoral shampoo almost every day so maybe thats helping? Nuts are the same since I use HCG. Acne is about the same. I sleep all night. Only thing is I get very tired throughout the day and I wake up in the morning drenched in sweat. I also notice I get winded much easier. That is from the tren.
    Hell yeah!..And man its so cheap and easy to convert ...WHY NOT use fina?..is what stumps me why pay high prices for gear when you can get it cheap for pure tren ace threw fina
    Glorious it is. Glad you are using Fina too. Too many people use bunk tren and say that's it's BS. With fina you know you got the real deal. Be prepared for one hell of a cycle dude!

    At only 25mcg you might just skip it bro.
    ECA you can buy at walgreens/cvs or most pharmacies. they keep it behind the counter in the pharmacy section. Its called Bronkaide. Then just buy NoDoz (caffeine 200mg) and baby aspirin and you have a cheap "pharma grade" and legal eca stack lol! Try it, I think you'll like it. Start out small and work your way up since it'll make you sweat and shake.
    yea bro i want to increase t3 but if i do ill only have enough for a months worth at 25mcg a day so id figure id just run a small dose to help since tren surpress it

    Oh boy with that you will be a lean machine as long as the diet is CLEAN and cals aren't too crazy. I lean out overeating steak sandwiches and all just by using tren!

    You can definitely increase the T3 a bit. I'm on 25mcg right now just to keep my appetite strong and to help my food metabolize better. For weight loss I'd run a lot more than that (ramp it up the right way though). Also, something great and cheap for fat loss is ECA stack. It's effective and it works with the only side affects being that the stuff is very strong so you will be a bit twitchy lol. You should do great off that cycle though bro. You may want to exchange the Dbol for Turinibol or for Superdrol (beastdrol).
    ok i hear you man.i am on the fence about hgh just because of stories but then there is stories for every compound on earth lol..I guess you could say recomp,lean out,get abbs.I never had abbs before so my main mission is lean out im thinking something like this

    1-10 400 test cyp ew
    1-10 600 tren ace ew
    1-10 500 eq ew
    1-4 20-30mgs dbol ed(never used it before)
    1-10 12.5 mcg t3
    I've spoken to a bunch of people who ran up to 10iu's ED and all they say is you just get crazy fat burning and size and vascularity. Hopefully I am ok. I am also just going to run the HGH at this dose probably only a month or 2 after the end of my cycle. Then I'll drop it down to 4 or 5 ED. I also think my blue tops might not be as strong as some of the other ones guys have since I haven't noticed my nails growing or me needing to shave every day. Some people say they get this on only 5iu's of other brands. I am getting some new stuff in soon though that is supposed to be king of the gh so maybe I can run that at a lower dosage and get the same or better results. All I can tell you is that this cycle is really great. You can put down a ton of calories and you still wake up with a smaller waist. I truly think that Tren is the key to bodybuilding, if you can handle it. I won't pass judgement on it yet but I am hoping that the HGH is the other missing piece of the puzzle that everyone claims it to be. Let's see how things go another month from now and with this new brand of HGH.

    Yes...my lab rat is using....
    1-14: Test E 600mg EW
    1-14: EQ 600mg EW
    1-4: Dbol 40mg ED
    6-14: Tren Ace 700mg EW
    HGH: Started at 5ius ED, now up to 8.5ius ED. 7 days a week. Plan on staying on growth for long term. 6 months minimum but as long as possible. Switching to new brand which is supposed to be even stronger.
    T3: 25-50mcg's started week 6 and will run probably to week 14. Just to keep me a little hungrier and increase the metabolism so I can ram down more food.

    There you go! My good buddy/trainer wants me to compete in October. We will see. So far on week 6.5 and I went from 215lbs to 235lbs so far and have lost about 1% bodyfat or so. Have abs starting to show through. Funny because I don't have the 6 pack in but I do have veins running up from my thighs through my abs.

    I'm also using Cabergoline, Adex, and was using a little Letro at first. I am running HCG as well 2x a week just to keep the boys full. My buddy wants me to bridge this cycle with my spring cutter with some low dose Test but I'm not sure if I want to risk damaging my HPTA since this cycle is pretty strong as is. We will see!

    BTW I am now a big fan of running Tren with HGH. I seriously believe that the HGH cancels out many of the tren sides. NO insomnia, acne, aggression, bad mood...I am pretty much in awe. Though it's only 2.5 weeks of Tren so far. Maybe another week or 2 and I'll be changing my tune lol.

    A lot. I think something like 20lbs while shedding bodyfat. I don't remember exactly. I was also using Test and Var if I remember correctly. Eating like a horse every 3 hours minimum. No cardio.

    i have got some bonavar 2.5mg from my freind 6 box's 300 pills, im wanting to do 6 weeks cycle to get ripped an cut, im male 31 an i weight 198 pound, what do u advice daily dosage, 8-10 tablets daily is around 20-25mg for 6 weeks, PCT is required ??? please post back asap :) i was reading that bonavar is good quality anavar so 25 might not be much its good stuff an its like 40-50 mg anavar from other brands :) please send me back post asap, and how dosages supose to be split daily, am-pm an take the tablets if 10 per day 5 am and 5 pm

    Women always amaze me with the unrealistic viewpoints they hold, especially when it comes to, ahem, MY DAMN BODY lol. I always hear "oh babe, I liked you so much better when you were skinny..and not all big and strong." Im like wtf?! NOT cool! We work damn hard for what we have! Meh. I just say "I do this for me, and youll be glad when I pick up that guy who just grabbed your ass and throw him across the room."

    Eh, she's alright. All that matters to her really is "the 8-pack" lol...which kind of sucks because now that I'm off cycle, I am trying to eat a bit more and cut back on cardio so I don't lose the muscle I gained. Then in August I can go on a cut cycle again and get super shredded...but I can't tell her that and she won't understand it. She does know about fat burners though and she even begs me for ECA once in a while when she feels she gained (she's nuts 'cause she's mad skinny lol). So maybe if I tell her I can't use a fatburner till August because I need time off, she'll understand why I only have a 6 pack and no 8 or imaginary 10 or 12-pack like she wishes I had LOL. Wominz haha

    Haha thanks man! I guess it might come down to genetics more or less. I also use a very low sodium diet and stick to chicken breasts as a main source of protein. My protei n shakes are low sodium as well. Sweet potato, brown rice, and oatmeal are my main source of complex carbs. Equipose also played a nice role in getting more definition, vascularity, and striations. The winstrol helped to just amplify that look and also made a big difference in my abs.
    Bro your chest looks STRIATED as hell! care to share some techniques you employ to gain those?
