    Yes that is low. Try out 200 grams for a few 3-4 day, be very strict on your eat just that much ( 1/4 of it is pwo anyways!) So 50grams for your first 4 meals, then stick to greens at night. You WILL be fine! Get back to me after those 3-4 days and let me know how u feel, how workouts r going, and if u look leaner at all. Its only 3-4 days, so I'm not going to say do a weight test, and also u are ON cycle! Trust me bro! I would say it if it would hurt u. Only a few days. OK! :)

    Bro, up you carbs. I have been told carbs help with cellular energy on cycle, don't be afraid to go past 200grams. I was afraid too until I was told to increase to 300!! But that help burn more! Go do it bro!
    I am maintaining in a moderate zone. I have come to a different thinking lately, lol. I feel there are 3 different 'zones' (if u will) of bf. Low (0-9%) moderate(10-20%) and high (20+%) and I am moderate. There are too many variables if u don't get tested, and sometimes if u do. I posted a few pics up on the N2BM forums in my log, get over there I'm a mod.

    Ya you are at the beginning of the real start to that test cycle! There real gains will start coming! I'll be doin my 2nd inj cycle hopefuly end of march. That will start my next vut! And maybe do a show with my girl!!! :D

    coming back form injury thats really good bro! nice :). i wouldn't have a clue where to go to find something like that, i live in northern ireland, were about 10 years behind the rest of the uk in every respect....... my gym is what you'd called "oldskool" lol. i could get a set of calipers possibly, how are they? yeah mate i start doing reps of the bar on the bench, worked my way up to 67.5 KG so far with no shoulder trouble, for some reason the incline bench is better for my shoulder, don't do flat bench work anymore. my gym is only open on tue and thurs thius week, going nuts here haha, the 500mg of test is screaming for a challange :) decided to wack some yohimburn on my chest n do cardio lol how was your christmas mate?

Ya let that shoulder heal up, I always do 2 sets of 10 benching with light weight to warm em up an lubricate the shoulders, I'd cry if I jacked up a shoulder I'd be worthless no squat no bench lol
    i'm in your position when it comes to benching, hurt my rotator cuff/front delt in right shoulder trying to lift too much too soon. everyone always asks me so how much can you bench, im like um, um....... 65 LOL i've got a lot of work to do on my chest! merry christmas by the way bro :) hows your squat right now? your gonna raise your eyebrows to this but...... i don't squat anymore, never liked it much, the pressure of the bar on my back/shoulders doesn't feel right to me, just stick to leg presses etc. bf analyzer said 17.5% today, was 18.6/7 last week :)
    Going good... Finally recovering from a knee injury, so trying to get my squat back... It's a grind
    haha yeah i've never used this, cheers! been a long day bro...... had to do todays (chest , tri's n front delts) and tomorrows (legs) workout today, plus i got in an hour of cardio, pretty beat but feelin good! hows your training going?
