Yes indeed! Passed my certification test on the 28th and immediately got cases, so far I have 4 cases with 9 kids total, it can be overwhelming because I'm disorganized and noob lol but it's coming back together, there are just so many tiny details with getting court orders fo meds and documenting things in certain time frames, but being on ADHD meds has helped me a TON to get things organized ^_^

wow that's quite a run you had with them, did you burn out/got tired of seeing the same patterns? Yeah your early/first jobs sounded like mine, we do the whole case worker from removal/DCF involvement up to reunification with parents or parental right termination and adoption, today I was asked to help transport a kid, they waited until I said yes to casually mention "oh by the way he happens to be a fecal smearer"
I talked to him a lot and engaged him so thankfully he didnt do anything to my car

i believe the worse is behind me now ... just got to wait a few moar days for pathologyI didn't nurse Billy. He was sleeping through the night at 8 weeks old. Yeah I don't mind getting up once in the night generally. But she also does this thing where within 1 or 2 hours of being laid down, she wakes up crying. Not hungry, just needs to be comforted/rocked back to sleep. I've decided for now I'm not going to let her cry it out because its way too stressful for me LOL
Did you nurse Billy? from what I understand its more a nursing thing because stomach contents empty quicker (easier to digest). Fi has slept 8 hrs at least since she was 4 months old...she sleeps 12 on average now. Its rare that she wakes up.Each of my kids have been different though...my oldest and youngest are sleepers and pretty chill...second and third short sleeps..Makayla is 5 and still gets up at least once a night to pee and hit a glass of milk...second daughter goes to sleeps at 10pm...wakes up at 5 am

I do a ton of squats and stiff leg DL, and leg press.. considering adding the butt blaster but don't like being on my stomach in the gym ..as weird as that sounds
