Fish oil or collagen, which is better?

I had a question about using fish oil or collagen. Which one of those two would you recommend that I get? I'm looking to take something because I'm going to be strength training in the future.
I want to make sure that I pump the iron as hard as possible.

Don't forget your nutrition as well. I would make some bone broth. It has plenty of good fats in there and collagen to make things run more smoothly.
