Female struggling to lose weight!

Hey guys and gals out there. I have been struggling with weight issues all my life. currently 210lbs and very overweight. what are my options when it comes to weight loss? I have searched online and seems like there are some fat loss options:
CLEN
ALbuterol
RETATRUTIDE
TIRZEPATIDE
Anavar
all these seem good options but not sure if i should choose 1 or do multiple of these.

100% run Reta, i started my weight loss journey last year from 110kg and now im sitting at a comfortable 83-85kg and around 12-13% bodyfat using Reta, just keep it simple
Calorie deficit
10k steps a day
And if possible get into the gym a few times a week

Look for the vendor ironclad on the forum his stuff has been vouched for and I’ve been using him for monthsn

no clen, nor albuterol, def no anavar (anavar is for when you are way leaner - and there's risks too)
Tirz will smash your cravings better than reta, but reta is very popular
But dial your training and diet in too and you will reap the rewards!
You haven't given us your history of training and diet etc.

If you are in Australia you are spoit for choice with the vendors here! (I assume your aren't is Oz as you listed your weight in lbs not kgs)

why would anavar be a good option here for an overweight female?? @koba

Anavar is definitely not a targeted weightloss option. Anavar is a muscle building/muscle maintaining option for females once their bodyfat is getting considerably low. Anavar offers no benefits to a female or male if they aren't engaged in resistance training with the aim to gain or preserve muscle mass.
Fat loss is simply about an energy equation, generally speaking a negative energy equation.
I would go with Tirz or Reta if you have struggled to lose weight.
Eating less calories & or burning them off is what's needed. Tirz or Reta will do just fine with this

He did say this too guys. Few did
Yea I think theres a bit of confusion here too @SteveMobsterG we don't know if @aowesj is doing any sort of training or cardio or even diet at all.
@Ulter @ROIDDERS chain of thought here is based on the assumption that @aowesj is doing resistance training & diet & in that case then yes Anavar can help with the process of gaining/maintaining muscle & losing fat.

Myself & @rizzlekdizzle @FromFat2Fit school of thought is based on the premise that She is not doing any sort of training & or diet & that's why our recommendations are based on Glp 1's only, as there is not such a thing as a fat burning steroid that exists.
No steroid will burn fat or build muscle on it's own without any form of resistance training, diet, calorie expenditure of some form.

Incidentally T3 was not mentioned by anyone here yet.
T3 can be a powerful weightloss tool also, but like all of the drugs already mentioned here, the pre-existing baseline of a person & blood work, training & diet all need to be taken into consideration before taking any sort of drug, medication, fat loss or performance enhancing compound

@aowesj since you have been struggling with weightloss all of your life, you can also consider getting a coach to guide you & implement any sort of fat loss, performance enhancing compounds to successfully give you the results that you. There are plenty of Coaches to choose from on EF. I myself am one of them.

Out of curiosity @ROIDDERS , why do you think Anavar is a good option? I just don't see this being a good option for an overweight woman.
I've always said to get into shape first before using steroids

once she gets into shape anavar is a good option as a general steroid option vs. others. i should have included that part you are right but at the same time you treat people like children they aren't going to listen. everyone can make their own choices as to what they want to put in their body. their body, their choice... especially women.
