He did say this too guys. Few did
Yea I think theres a bit of confusion here too
@SteveMobsterG we don't know if
@aowesj is doing any sort of training or cardio or even diet at all.
@Ulter @ROIDDERS chain of thought here is based on the assumption that
@aowesj is doing resistance training & diet & in that case then yes Anavar can help with the process of gaining/maintaining muscle & losing fat.
Myself &
@rizzlekdizzle @FromFat2Fit school of thought is based on the premise that She is not doing any sort of training & or diet & that's why our recommendations are based on Glp 1's only, as there is not such a thing as a fat burning steroid that exists.
No steroid will burn fat or build muscle on it's own without any form of resistance training, diet, calorie expenditure of some form.
Incidentally T3 was not mentioned by anyone here yet.
T3 can be a powerful weightloss tool also, but like all of the drugs already mentioned here, the pre-existing baseline of a person & blood work, training & diet all need to be taken into consideration before taking any sort of drug, medication, fat loss or performance enhancing compound
