Cruisy day at work, had a few interesting incidents but nothing unusual, for the line of work,

Afternoon at home with all the chaos of the kids, eldest toddlers at the point where he can happily play with both older and younger siblings.

Slipped off to gym once they were in bed.

Pretty solid session,
I've been going off the program a little,
Heavier weights, extra reps, adding in some exercises. but I've been feeling strong and recovered.

Work was another one of those pretty cruisy days,
Few issues but nother crazy.

Home from work gave the wife a nap as she had a migraine,
Then headed off to football training.

They changed it up a bit,
Some more body on contact drill with bitta hard running,
Really gets the heart rate up, then into some skills on fatigued legs,

But had to organise leaving early as the wife woke up with a debilitating migraine..

A laate very lacklustre and unmotivated gym session,
But got it done,
Hit a new re PB on the Box Squats - 140kg for 10, final set, not long ago that was my 2-3rep max,
As you can see by the training they werre super set with stand still Box Jumps, heights as follows.

105cm. - was pretty stoked to land this completely clean on the 3rd rep.

Lazy day all round until football training came about,
But being a Thursday even that was pretty low intensity.


I've decided to put my Mots-C, Carderine and Slu-pp-332 on pause for a bit,
And might just stagger them back in over time,
I was only using them for a month,
But the last couple weeks had felt like they weren't really achieving anything,
Probably pulling too many levers,

Might even withhold Mots-C long term, and just run Slu-pp-332 and Carderine.

Lazy day all round until football training came about,
But being a Thursday even that was pretty low intensity.


I've decided to put my Mots-C, Carderine and Slu-pp-332 on pause for a bit,
And might just stagger them back in over time,
I was only using them for a month,
But the last couple weeks had felt like they weren't really achieving anything,
Probably pulling too many levers,

Might even withhold Mots-C long term, and just run Slu-pp-332 and Carderine.

Even though we held the lead going into the final quarter,
Whole team just "switched off" and expected it to happen I guess,
Only positive I guess is usually its 10+ goals when we travel there and play this team.

On a personal level felt like I had a shocking game,
