Dreamers Cruise/Cut Log Sponsored by Norvex Pharma and RGSX

Hey guys, I am starting a log for my next 12-16 weeks of cruise/cut.

I have just come off a Cycle about 4-5 weeks ago of Test/NPP/EQ/Primo and a full mito stack, I ran this cycle with varying degrees of dosages and compounds. Which was sponsored and supplied by @Liquid Gold Labs and @Norvex

I am now on 200mg test, 100mg Primo, 8mg Klow80 and 5mg Mots C.

I have Retatruride and GH onhand which all of the above has been supplied and sponsored by @Norvex. Touchdown Pics attached.

I also run @RGSX Cycle support and sleep support which has been a vital part of keeping me healthy and anyone running any level of gear should absolutely check their range out.

I will be posting daily updates which will be pretty basic and a proper weekly check in.

🔥 CRUISE / CUT LOG



📌 Overview



  • Goal: Single digit body fat by the end of this phase: I have been 9% before on dexa - likely around 13-14% currently
  • Starting Weight: 115kg
  • Current Weight: 115kg
  • Target Weight; 105kg
  • Height: 194cm
  • Training Experience: 3 years solid
  • Cycle History (brief): 2 real well executed cycles in.






💉 Current Protocol



  • Testosterone: 200mg Test E Weekly in daily shots, 100mg primo.
  • Other Compounds: Klow 8mg a day, Mots C 5mg a day, GH to be added, Reta to be added,
  • Support Supplements: RGSX Cycle Support, RGSX Sleep Support
  • Health Focus: Clean bloods post cycle while leaning out.






🍽️ Nutrition



  • Calories: 4600
  • Macros:
    • Protein: 330
    • Carbs: 600
    • Fats: 85
  • Refeeds/Cheat Meals: Kept to a minimum but maybe once weekly, as my maitenence seems quite high
  • Sodium/Water Strategy: 5L daily, high potassium and high sodium






🏋️ Training Split



  • Push, Pull, Legs, Rest, Repeat but alternate Quad and Ham focus.
  • 30 mins Zone 2 Cardio daily

  • Weight: 115kg
  • Waist: 31 inch
  • Blood Pressure: 130/72
  • Fasting Glucose: 4.6
  • Resting HR: 49
  • Steps/Cardio: 10k a day easy through work, plus 30 mins zone 2

  • Look: A bit watery but full.
  • Sleep: Solid 8 hours, but up and down for bathroom
  • Stress: Medium, alot going on with baby on the way; moving house, changing job etc






🍽️ Nutrition



  • Calories: 4600
  • Macros: on plan.
  • Notes: No issue, digesting well, no hunger, this number will come down as I move from cruise to cut

Performance Notes:



Felt good, training was great, strong and hit a PR on RDLs, still gaining and easily maintaining on the cruise dosages, setting up well for my upcoming deficit.

  • Any side effects: Nil.

  • Not yet, 2-3 more weeks to let my body settle into the lower test having come off 1.5g test, 400 eq and 400 primo 4 weeks ago.






🧠 Overall Thoughts



  • I am feeling good and feeling more stable each day, strength is holding and going up with some lifts.
  • Looking forward to getting lean again; after a couple weeks I will add reta, GH and get onto a deficit.
  • Noticing I am starting to dry out alot and urinating quite often - a good sign as I am looking and feeling better

Looking good brother 115kg with 31” waist is pretty impressive, health markers all good, this cut will be one to follow 👊👊
