Hello everyone !
I plan to start a little cycle for weight loss n getting back in shape, am from Qld Australia, sunshine state
I am 161 cms and 95 kg
Had an accident when I was a bit younger n bad fall, got pelvic dysfunction, which pretty much means, not too much running for me
I am doing training with 5 kg dumbbells right now , twice a week for about a month
Got my tests done, n will post them soon
I was recently diagnosed with diabetes n clinical hypothyroidism n the doctor put me on metformin ( which is giving me headaches n dizziness at times)
I come from a huge foodie family, that’s why the weight
I am looking at reversing my diabetes n that’s how I came to know about peptides n how it can help me heal n recover
I will keep posting my journey here weekly, n hopefully will be confident enough to post my pics too
If anyone has any advise training plan for beginners, I would appreciate pointing in the right direction
