anyone try thymosin alpha for immune help?

Thymosin alpha is one I have had my eye on for a while. I suffer from seasonal allergies and it really comes on strong in the spring. I'm wondering if this stuff can help with that. The other issue that I have is that when I do get bad allergies, I tend to get infections in my chest and sinuses. Do you think that if I did 2 mg per day that would work?

Anywhere up to 2 mg a day should be more than enough. You should cycle it for 12 to 16 weeks and then cycle off.

thymosin alpha is the GOAT! A lot of people use it for their seasonal allergies and a lot of people use it when they start developing a cold.

thymosin alpha is amazing! You want to make sure you run it between 0.5 and 1.5 mg a day or you can run it at 1 to 2 mg every other day. Either way will work great.
