Bw was high this morning, up 1.1kg from yest, considering it was legs likely some inflammation in there



Deffs leaning on stims today, i generally advise using as little stims as possible but some days needs must and today is much needed!





Leg was on the cards yesterday and it was a brutal session so we are a lil sore today! Stairs was fun LOL



Plan today was to get all my errands done early so i could relax and take care of client business early also, friday arvo i like to unwind from about 3pm onwards



Body is looking crisp, so unbothered by being 105.5kg. Might end up a super onstage hahaha



Winstrol will likely be added next week at

Just 25mg a day along with a little adex just to start fine tuning the look



Today was a success and we definately got shit done!

Plan today was train, client work and relax! At 29 days out im just trying to stay as fresh as possible, this will allow my body to keep a "fresh" look and remain full leading into comp day! Tommorow being exactly 4 weeks out its time to make final adjustments



As you saw adex has been implemented at a small dose now just to bring e2 down a fraction as this will sharpen me up a touch



Anavar from @Raptor had also been added and soon winstrol will go in also at 50mg per day, i prefer to hit winny hard for shorter lengths of time so ill save that for 3 weeks out and titrate it up





Body is looking fucking full and hard so so need to do anything crazy, im a big advocate of small changes leading into a show, big changes just fuk your prep up

Absolutely phenomenal programing going on here brother!
You have done, what most would consider impossible & that is growing into the show while making increasing visual changes to muscularity, muscle density & dryness.
The Orals going in will also make improvements to muscle fullness & conditioning as you know.
It's a great idea to be making adjustments to your training by not going all out to failure on that last set & risking injury during the last crucial drying out stages in your prep

Woke up feeling really good! Which was surprising, sleep was pretty damn good and stairs were not bad at all, usually i can tell how energy levels will be based off morning cardio





Ankle was a good chunk better today also so im hoping another week itll be 100% but well see!
