Hello to all,
Starting a log over here on Elite Fitness,
Some of you may recognise me from EVO.

I recently completed a 22 week weightloss phase,
Where I went from 93kg to 81kg,
I now am turning to a Recomp Phase.

I went and got a DEXA Body Composition Scan completed 2nd of March.
I will attach photos of relevant results.

Early rise with the toddler then the morning school rush, not a worry.

Changed things up today,
Had been pinning my Test SubQ buttocks,
But got slightly longer Slins, and decided to go I.M Delt. 🫑, for a first timer, zero issues felt great.

What a long day today has been,
Wifes having some wound issues with her C-Section site,
And has been struggling with some PND, so having lots of panic attacks, and bouts of feeling low..

Kids have been on fire all day,
Had intentions to gym all day,
Just not worth it with how it's feeling.

However tomorrow is a new day, here's to an early night, and a "decent" sleep.

Small highlight of the day
The lawn I've been ready to dig up and burn for the last 12-18months has made a small comeback thanks to all the rain.

Toddler came in at 530,
I snuck off to the couch to continue sleeping,
But thankfully he went back to sleep in my bed.

Slower day,
Built a flatpack of drawers whilst one toddler and the baby slept,
With the assist/supervision of the other toddler.

Cruised through the day with the kids,
Then went off to training.

Nicer day than the last couple!
