I don't think your base is that bad at all even on your previous numbers. @smallNugz but good job getting the ball rolling on this. Now from here we have to tighten things up. That's why nutrition is going to be the most important.

Definitely get the food prep pictures going. That's what's going to be the key to your success. I agree also with fasted cardio. In fact fasting is a great weapon here. You may want to start doing some 24 and 36 hour fasting. @smallNugz

It's been a relaxed week with my birthday and Valentine's Day; however, I'm still very much trending in the right direction.

A few extra free meals this week, prioritising lean proteins and carbs pre-workout when eating off plan.

Current supps are:
  • 200mg test e per week (ED)
  • 50mg Anadrol (deployed very occasionally on bigger sessions)
  • 2mg of Retatrutide per week
  • 2iu of GH (ED before bed)
  • 40 mcg clen (ED)
  • 40mg of oral SLU-PP-332 (split between 2-3 doses per day)
  • 1mg of SS31 (ED)

@smallNugz definitely a good protocol that you have there. The most important one in there, in my opinion, is the retatrutide; that will help eliminate food noise. Make sure you're food prepping consistently; no more junk food or fast food.

Absolutely brother, meal preps are made 3 days in advance split between 4 meals. Never feel hungry!

About October 2025 I had low test was 5'7 108kg and depressed as fuck and knew I needed to make a change, whilst unfortunately I am still 5'7 I am now 90.8kg and life has regained its colour.

I am currently being coached by Coach R. AP and my cals are 1800 with a 5 day per week training split.

My supps are as follows:
  • 200mg test e per week (ED)
  • 2mg of Retatrutide per week
  • 2iu of GH (ED before bed)
  • 40 mcg clen per day
  • 40mg of oral SLU-PP-332 (split between 2-3 doses per day)
  • 1mg of SS31 (ED)
  • 1mg MOTS-c (ED)
  • 2mg 5 amino 1MQ (ED)
  • 20mg Methylene Blue (ED)
  • 4mg of KLOW (ED) for general health and wellbeing

I suggest dropping your testosterone down to TRT level. @smallNugz and then continue losing the body fat. Once your body fat gets closer to 11 or 12%, then you can add back in more steroids.

Definitely a consideration brother and thank you for mentioning it, currently feeling good and being hyper aware of e2 (E.g. nip sensitivity and emotional sensitivity among others) as being higher BF I am aware I will aromatise more strongly.

Overall as of yet no symptoms and am feeling good, the higher test is helping with partitioning and maintaining lean mass as I cut and I feel fucking incredible.

Should problems arise it’ll be 140mg or less REAL quick, I have an AI on hand should it be absolutely required.

You might feel good but on the inside you might be causing more issues. Plus it's going to be harder to drop body fat if you're running too much testosterone as it is very anabolic. Your body is going to want to store more mass than get rid of.
