Happy Thursday my brothers, hope everyone’s weeks are cracking on!

4am arm and calf session this morning, still forever trying to make tiny improvements every session down to the little details, this is ofcause outside of the major markers for each exercise

My current cruise / health marker improvement phase will continue for another 4 weeks as I was expecting a similar timeline, bloods will be pulled again in four more weeks to see if we will start the push up - aiming for a very long run way with it so will be patient

body weight still dropping along with inflammation, caloric intake still high so can’t complain as always

post workout meal, same cream of rice as always but I made it into a pancake to eat on the go
