Just pulled the trigger and ordered hgh gold blc and tb500 from raptor labs
New gym membership sorted . Here we go!
I’m all ears for any help with calories , workout plans for my 3 gym days per week any and all help is appreciate you guys have all been great !
I think the plan it to start with 2iu per day for first week to get used to it then maybe up to 2iu in the morning then 3iu at night
Daily combo of bpc +tb500 at 250mcg 5 days on 2 days off .
Any mods or suggestions around that are welcomed
