low sperm count will hmg help?

been off cycle for about four months and the wife wants to have another baby.
we got a home sperm count test and it read a low sperm count ive been on clomid for about a month now i was wondering about hmg, would this help with sperm count?
if so what dose/duration i have searched and cant find this specific info.

Yes it will help. What dose? I dont know. I cant find that info either. Id start with one amp a week. I think its 75iu per amp? Not sure tho.
